Anyway, if you still don't get what Sasuke is talking about. I'll try to SIMPLIFY IT FOR YOU AS MUCH AS I CAN.

I'm going to use a tape worm, because that's what this jutsu was base on. I COULD BE WRONG ON THE SCIENCE PART The Curse jutsu works like a tape worm! You know how a tapeworm works inside the body of the host? Whenever you eat, it'll eat. The tape worm will keep growing and eating until you no longer get the nutrition. You grow thinner and thinner, but keeps you alive enough for it to live inside. This is how this Jutsu works. Only the (tape worm) jutsu eats the chakra. It changes it's host's body to take advantage by using the whole body as a eating force to suck chakra. Soon enough Naruto isn't getting enough chakra to the point where he's an average person (with a little use of his chakra to live). Naruto only has little chakra to get away. Does this make sense? Because I'm not saying it again. Every time someone ask, I WILL LINK YOU BACK TO THIS PAGE.

I don't take the anime seriously, for me, it doesn't count. Only the manga and what couples make SENSE to me. Sorry for any misunderstanding}
